My Commission Donation Program:


Because I have enjoyed living and working in Southern Chester County for 10 years, I want to give back to the community that has given so much to me and my family. Therefore, I have created an innovative commission donation program that provides you (my client) with an income-tax deduction.  At settlement, I will make a donation on your behalf using my commission in an amount equivalent to $300.00. 

·         $100 will go to the charity of your choice,

·         $100.00 goes to www.projectrake.com (a "local" version of extreme makeover home edition)

·         $100.00 to a charity supporting autism in our community.
