I would like to tell you and any of your offices' potential clients about the experience we had with Trish. Trish successfully set our expectations, provided all the necessary information, and utilized just the right amount of "salesmanship". In a slowing real estate market, during a slow selling month, August, our home in West Grove was sold in less than thirty days. Trish's knowledge of the market place enable her to competitively price the property to attract the right buyers. Her sales and marketing persistence put our property in front of the right realtors and brokers in the area. All of this coupled with her willingness to do the things necessary to effectively market the house; create and print high end sales materials, host multiple open houses, even trying out the "talking house" promotion to set our property apart from the competition.

If this were not enough, Trish leaves nothing to chance. She provided great advice on things like pre-home/septic inspections saving us time, money, and hassle. We needed to find a short term rental property within our school district, again there was Trish calling agents, setting up appointments and even just driving around and looking for "for rent signs".

Simply put, Trish is the best, we would highly recommend her (and already have) to any buyers looking for a home or sellers looking to move.
